Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Manager located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our logistics department, including customer service, inventory management, supply chain management, procurement, and logistics management.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Inventory Management skills
- Experience in Supply Chain and Logistics Management
- Procurement skills and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other logistics management tools
- Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Experience with eCommerce logistics operations is a plus
