Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Customer Service Assistant role at Neftac HQ for Airsoko. The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and providing assistance to ensure customer satisfaction. The assistant will also be responsible for liaising with other departments within the organization to resolve customer issues promptly and accurately.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Communication and Customer Service skills
  • A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer support and satisfaction
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage difficult customer situations
  • Proficiency in the use of computers and customer service software
  • Experience in customer support or service role
  • Knowledge of E-commerce and logistics is a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. A degree in a related field is an added advantage
